Hi! I’m Becca, a skilled frontend engineer who is passionate about growing with the evolution of technology and learning the most relevant skills. I currently work at Mozilla on Firefox Desktop, where I am building out exciting new features such as built-in VPN and new sidebar tools, as well as improving browser performance and accessibility.
I have a strong background in web development, having worked developing websites for 4 years before starting work on the browser level. I have a solid working knowledge of JavaScript, having moved from primarily DOM manipulation and animation into a role with extensive object-oriented programming and complex architecture of components.
In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, swimming, and backpacking, as well as pursuing music as a singer in the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus.
